one-page agreement allows a merchant to begin to use our
network. A copy of the agreement is given to your local Bank
so when checks are returned, the Bank can send those items
directly to us. Upon receipt, those items that are eligible
for re-presentment will be entered into our program and sent
to the Federal Reserve for collection. If collected, 100% of
the face amount of those items will be electronically
deposited into your Bank account. If some of the items
remain uncollected we will re-present them one more time at
no extra charge in an effort to collect one final time. It’s
business as usual for you the merchant but you have been
relieved of a problem that we will handle for you. You make
your deposits just like you always have and we will take
care of the rest. Remember that we will give you access to
our system so you can follow the flow and never feel that
