Volunteers Needed for Animal Shelter

Volunteers are needed for Faithful Friends No-Kill Animal Shelter. See the list below. If you can volunteer in any of these roles or if you have questions email volunteer@faithfulfriends.us or call Raul Donato 302-427-8514 ext. 6.

Cat Care

Onsite at the shelter: Thursdays and Saturdays 9 a.m. to noon

Cat Care/promote cats for adoption

At Petco Kirkwood Highway: Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays a.m. – p.m.

At Petco Christiana: Friday evenings – Sundays a.m. – p.m.

Dog Care/Walking

Tuesdays and Friday 9 – 10:30 a.m. 0r 10 to 11:30

Monday – Friday 3 and 4 p.m. after-school shifts

Facility Volunteer Manager: Retired handy person to coordinate and organize individual to help track and coordinate volunteers or paid contractors to complete minor repairs and more extensive repair or other facility needs. Report to Director 4-6 hours a week.
