Directions to Rocky
Gap
From Baltimore, Washington, D.C. and
areas east
Take 1-270 North approximately 30 miles to 1-70 West. Take 1-70 West
approximately 60 miles to 1-68 West, from the start of I-68 West
proceed approximately 36 miles to Rocky Gap State Park, Exit 50,
Make right off the exit, resort is visible from road.
From Baltimore, MD
Take 1-70 West to 1-68 West (Hancock, MD) to Rocky Gap State Park,
Exit 50, make right off the exit, resort is visible from road.
From Baltimore/Washington International Airport
Take I-195 West. At I-195, Exit 2B, turn off onto ramp. Merge onto
SR-295 South [Baltimore Washington Pkwy]. Take exit onto MD-100
West. Take US-29 North [Columbia Pike] towards I-70. Bear RIGHT
(North) onto Ramp. Merge onto I-70 West. Take to 1-68 West (Hancock)
to Rocky Gap State Park, Exit 50, make right off the exit, resort is
visible from road
From Philadelphia, PA
Take I-76 Toward Valley Forge approximately 118 miles. Take the I-81
Exit, 226, toward Carlisle/Chambersburg approximately 60 miles. Take
I-70 West toward Hancock/Cumberland for approximately 25 miles.
Merge onto West 1-68 West (Hancock, MD) to Rocky Gap State Park
(approximately 28 miles), Exit 50, make right off the exit, resort
is visible from road.
From Pittsburgh, PA and areas West
Take I-279 South to I-79 South (Washington, PA) to I-68 East
(Morgantown, WV), follow I-68 East for approximately 78 miles. Take
the Rocky Gap State Park, Exit 50, make left off the exit, go
straight and road leads to resort (1/4 mile).
From East Pittsburgh, PA (scenic
route)
Take I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) east from Pittsburgh to I-70 east.
Take SR-281 north and east to US-219 south. Follow US-219 south to
I-68. Head east on I-68 until you see the Rocky Gap State Park sign,
Exit 50. At the end of the ramp, turn left and follow the signs to
the resort. |
