Kids Activities
Kids Night Out features treasure hunts, magic, superheroes, science, games, arts & crafts, and more can all be part of this unique program. Register children ages 5-12 at Guest Services prior to 5 pm. $25 per child (dinner included).

Evening Campfire
When the sun sets at Rocky Gap, it’s time to unwind by the campfire. Roast a marshmallow or buy a s’mores pack for a real treat! So, wander down to the backyard behind the pool for our lakeside campfire.

Friday and Saturday Evenings.
7 pm - 10 pm

The Aviary
Native birds of prey are able to be viewed up close at this unique educational facility. Here you can learn how each animal became part of the Scales & Tales program and what makes them so important to the balance of nature. Boat Rentals
M-F 12 pm - 6 pm Saturday and Sunday hours are 8 am - 6pm.

Hiking
Rocky Gap offers a variety of hiking trails that guests can enjoy. When planning your trip, a good rule of thumb is people hike about 1 mile in twenty minutes!

Bike Rentals
Delight in a scenic 7-mile country road bike ride or just take a relaxing tour of the park. Stop by Guest Services for equipment and maps.

Bike - $10 per hour, $30 half day
Tag-along - $6 per hour
Trailer - $6 per hour
Family Package
4 bikes - $36 per hour

Geocaching
Whether you are looking for a new sport or are a seasoned cacher, a fun-filled treasure hunt awaits you here at Rocky Gap. With the use of one of our hand-held Global Positioning Systems, combined with your navigational wits, you and your family can set out on an adventure that is fun for all ages. A brief instruction is included.
